As long as I can remember, I've been a fixer. The core thing I like about almost any task is in relating it to how it helps people. I don't really jump to do, I jump to help others do. And for whatever in me that satisfies, it's good for society too. I've been wondering lately though if there is something behind that desire worth examining. I believe for the most part that most of our actions and reactions revolve around retaining what we have or gaining something we want. So what am I protecting and what am I gaining?
Self-guided therapy tour, random observations, social commentary, and some compelling evidence that I need a hobby.
