Moon illusion occurs when the moon appears much closer than it is. In relation to objects in the foreground, it looks like your own personal moon. It's moving and amazing and science apparently can not explain why it looks this way. I was driving home tonight and a moody cat's eye moon hung in the sky. At times it was surrounded by clouds that closed around it making the cat's eye a wink. I was so delighted with it, I felt like I didn't care if pen pal ever wrote again, if I would have even one more date this summer. Life was too beautiful and I had too good a time today.
I wrote the paragraph above last night before pen pal resurfaced and my first prince of summer resurfaced tonight. I went out of my way to be unattractive to the first prince. If I had liked this guy, there would have been no way I would have ever heard from him again. None. He told me no one he's met since had anything on me. Clearly buttering me up for seconds but I'm going to bask in it a bit anyway. Anyone who knows the details of the extraction from the first prince is probably falling out of their chair right now. I did things people have written entire chapters in books about what NOT to do. I know it's just another unexplainable moon illusion but I'm going to enjoy it tonight anyway.
Little Ava swagger...yea, I've got it like that.
