This was the concert I was at when I saw Amos for the first time. So funny I found this on YouTube. I would be pissed if a bunch of girls were singing over me but this is why I think the man has a lovely soul. I saw this concert about a month before the transplant and bought the CD ASAP. I listened to it so much, the clarity and sincerity of his voice meant so much to me during that weird time. I thought about writing him to tell him that in a way I couldn't explain, his voice in particular was soothing to me at a time when little else was. But I didn't because I would want him to write back. I would want to be relevant to him like he was to me and that's a pre-pubescent (or stalker) place to go. This first video is just for me, it does little to showcase his talent. The second video is pure proselytizing. He's awesome.
